Which wine with which food? It is probably one of the most enjoyable debates. For centuries, winegrowers, gourmets, chefs and sommeliers have engaged in lively and lavish table battles. Our Wine & Dine dinner evening on 28 September will not be able to provide a universally valid answer. The infinite variety of wines, dishes and, last but not least, the people who enjoy both make this impossible.
Our Wine & Dine evening in Basel invites you to discover new variations and compositions from fine Italian cuisine and Italian wine culture. The selected Zonin1821 wines highlight and support the Mediterranean flavours of our 5 dishes. Our wines from Tuscany and Friuli complement the selected courses perfectly.
We think it's always an exciting game and a nice challenge to match wine with food. Actually, we only have one recommendation for you: drink what you like - and feel free to experiment!
